• Participate Fully – to the degree that you feel comfortable remembering that the No.1 agreement is Take care of yourself, ask questions and get the most out of being here, ensure you don’t stop others from learning

• Create Learning Opportunity – openness to learning, ask questions, share information, make notes to review later
