From the outside, things looked good. I had an amazing family, supportive relationships, and plenty of reasons to feel grateful. But underneath it all, I carried a level of tension that followed me everywhere. It felt so normal that I assumed it was just part of who I was, and I didn't realize how much it was affecting me.

I spent a lot of time overthinking, second-guessing myself, and worrying about how things might unfold. Even though my life looked full, there was a sense that something was missing. I had a great life, but I always felt there was a void that I didn't know how to fill.

Everything began to shift when I was introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping).

What drew me to EFT was that it offered a different way of relating to my thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Instead of trying to push difficult emotions away or fix them, I learned how to approach them with curiosity. As I did, I discovered that many of the answers I had been searching for were already there, waiting to be heard.

As I learned and experienced EFT for myself, I began to understand just how much energy I had been spending managing anxiety, anticipating what might happen next, and carrying old beliefs about myself.". Through tapping, I was able to process experiences that had shaped the way I saw myself and the world. I gained new perspectives, challenged long-held fears, and gradually learned to trust myself more.

Over time, I found myself holding on less tightly. I became less focused on controlling every outcome and more able to trust myself and navigate uncertainty with greater confidence and self-compassion. .

Life didn't suddenly become perfect, but it felt easier. I felt calmer, clearer, and more connected to myself. I learned that I could care for my own needs without guilt and navigate challenges with greater ease.

After experiencing these changes firsthand, I became passionate about helping others discover what is possible when they begin to view themselves and their experiences with curiosity rather than judgement, and uncover the insights that have been there all along.

Along the way, I realized that it isn't only the big moments in life that shape us. Often, it's the collection of smaller experiences—the comments, disappointments, expectations, and beliefs we absorb over time—that quietly influence how we see ourselves and how we show up in the world.

Today, as a certified and accredited EFT practitioner, I offer a safe, supportive space where clients can explore what is keeping them stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we gently work through the patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that may be contributing to their stress and anxiety so that life can begin to feel lighter, more manageable, and more aligned with who they truly are.

My hope is not to change who you are, but to help you reconnect with the version of yourself that may have been buried beneath years of stress, expectations, and carrying too much for too long.
