What is EFT ?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is a gentle, non-invasive modality that involves using your fingers to tap on specific acupressure points on the hands, head and upper body while focusing on a challenging emotions, events and sensations. This tool has been effective in managing stress, anxious feelings, uncovering and exploring limiting beliefs and blocks, resolving past events, and so much more. Tapping helps to create a sense of calm and safety as individuals address and work through their emotional and physical issues and offers an empowering approach to healing, emotional freedom and personal growth.
How Long Does it Take?
It is not uncommon for people to experience substantial benefits in a short amount of time but that is not the expectation. Working gently with the client while being respectful of their nervous system and their capacity allows for them to safely process and resolve their issues with more ease and thoroughness. Because of each person's unique presenting issue(s), personal experiences as well as their desired results a definitive amount of time that is required is not possible to predict.

The beauty of EFT Tapping lies in its simplicity-anyone can learn, practice and incorporate it into their daily lives. It is an amazing tool to work through issues while calming the mind and the body.
