I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore, process, learn from and release what no longer serves you. As an experienced EFT Practitioner I will guide you using the gentle techniques of EFT tapping so that you can gain deeper insights and clarity, identify and achieve your goals with more ease, uncovered root causes and limiting beliefs . Together, we'll work on building a healthy relationship with all of your emotions and clearing challenging emotions tied to past, present and future events and experiences. You will also build your tapping skills so you can use this powerful tool independently. Once you know how to do it, it can be used anytime and anywhere, as emotional first aid or to continue your healing journey.
